Igor Tchetuev is one of the world's best contemporary pianists living in Ukraine. I first found out about him while searching for the video of playing Rachmaninov Paganini Rhapsody and, believe me, this is fantastic to see how excellent he plays this masterpiece of the well-know Russian music composer.
